We use your information to: provide and improve the Service, generate card analyses, track your collection, process payments, send service-related communications, and analyze usage patterns to improve the product.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic (AI analysis generation), Vercel (hosting), and SportsCardsPro (pricing data). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (payment processing, hosting) or as required by law.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at hello@cardsignal.com. Cached analyses and anonymized usage data may be retained for product improvement.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
