By accessing or using CardSignal (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

CardSignal is a web-based platform that provides AI-powered analysis and ratings for sports cards. The Service includes card search, analysis generation, collection tracking, market data, and related features. The Service is not a marketplace — we do not buy, sell, or trade sports cards on your behalf.

Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

Subscription and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

No Refunds

CardSignal does not offer refunds for subscription fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

Non-Transferability

Your subscription and account are personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. You may not allow others to access the Service using your credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content or data from the Service without permission; use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service.

Intellectual Property

All content, analysis, ratings, design, and code on CardSignal are the property of CardSignal and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

User-Generated Content

By using the Service, you may provide data such as card searches, collection entries, and purchase prices. You retain ownership of this data. However, you grant CardSignal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use anonymized and aggregated versions of this data to improve the Service, generate market insights, and develop new features. We will never sell your individual personal data.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CardSignal, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use CardSignal. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against CardSignal.

Service Availability

CardSignal is provided on an “as available” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardSignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
